Since its establishment, the company has successively introduced and upgraded multiple batches of special glass deep-processing equipment. It currently operates 2 sets of intelligent glass raw sheet storage systems, 5 automated production lines integrating cutting, edging, cleaning and tempering, 3 homogenizing furnaces (certified to European standards), 2 rapid laminating lines (including 4 autoclaves), 4 fully automatic insulating glass lines, 1 high-temperature screen-printing ceramic frit line, 1 high-precision digital ceramic frit printing line, and 1 imported large-area Low-E magnetron sputtering coating line. These facilities enable the company to process glass panels ranging in size from small-format 0.3m × 0.3m to extra-large 3.0m × 11.0m.
