(formerly known as Guangdong AVIC Special Glass Technology Co., Ltd.), abbreviated as HAIKONG SGT, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hainan Development Co., Ltd., a publicly listed company under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of Hainan Province, China. SGT's Development History

In 1994, Shenzhen Sanxin Glass Products Factory was founded, with a sales outlet established in Luohu and a production plant set up in Nanyou Second Industrial Zone, Nanshan District. In 1996, it was renamed Shenzhen Sanxin Glass Industrial Co., Ltd. This marked the origin of Guangdong Haikong Special Glass and the official entry into the glass industry.

In 2000, the company was renamed Shenzhen Sanxin Special Glass Technology Co., Ltd., and built a production base in Shiyan, Bao’an, further expanding its business scale.

In 2007, the enterprise started construction of the Daya Bay Industrial Park in Huizhou, expanding its business scope to curtain wall products, steel structures and other fields. In the same year, its parent company was successfully listed on the SME Board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, embarking on a new development journey.

In 2008, the parent company was renamed AVIC Sanxin Co., Ltd., reflecting its continuous reform and upgrading.

In 2020, the parent company was restructured and renamed Haikong South China Development Co., Ltd. (Hainan Development), focusing on curtain wall & interior decoration engineering, photovoltaic glass, mining resources and deep processing of special glass.
