Project Name: Dubai Park Towers Hotel

Project Location: Dubai, UAE
Building Height: 377 meters
Glass Configuration: Heat-Strengthened Laminated LOW-E Insulating Glass
Architectural Design: Archgroup Consultants
Client: Emirates Airlines Limited

The facade of Dubai Park Towers Hotel features Heat-Strengthened Laminated LOW-E Insulating Glass, a core material engineered to meet the demands of Dubai’s extreme high temperatures and the needs of a supertall hotel.

Climate Adaptability: The LOW-E coating effectively reflects solar radiation, and when paired with the insulating air cavity, it significantly reduces summer cooling loads.

The heat-strengthened glass offers greater thermal stability, minimizing the risk of thermal breakage in Dubai’s extreme heat and ensuring long-term facade performance.

Safety & Protection: The laminated PVB interlayer holds glass fragments securely in place if damaged, preventing falling debris risks and providing reliable protection for this 377-meter high-rise hotel.

It also blocks UV radiation to protect interior finishes and furniture from light-induced aging.
Balance of Vision & Experience: The glass’s high transparency ensures ample natural daylighting in guest rooms and public spaces, while its high reflectivity mirrors Dubai’s skyline and desert landscapes, enhancing the hotel’s luxurious visual appeal.

The insulating air cavity also dampens urban noise, creating a tranquil environment for guests.
