Phnom Penh Amara Hotel Project adopts Golden LOW-E Insulating Glass as the main curtain wall configuration, specially designed for the tropical climate of Southeast Asia and the positioning of a high-end commercial and residential landmark.
The golden coating endows the building with a luxurious and grand visual texture, showing a mild metallic luster under sunlight with extremely high recognition, which perfectly fits the high-end image of Phnom Penh’s urban landmark.
The LOW-E coating can effectively block solar infrared heat and ultraviolet rays.
Combined with the insulating structure, it provides excellent heat insulation, thermal preservation and sound insulation effects, greatly reducing air conditioning energy consumption caused by long-term high temperature in tropical areas, while protecting interior furniture and decorations from aging and fading.
The sealed structure of insulating glass has good wind pressure resistance and rainwater penetration resistance, adapting to the rainy and humid climate of Phnom Penh with stable and reliable long-term performance.
The glass combines high light transmittance and soft reflection, ensuring sufficient indoor lighting and open vision, while enhancing the luxury of the building through golden tone, achieving a high integration of aesthetic effect, energy-saving performance and building safety.
