Seventh Heaven adopts 10mm Heat-Soaked Tempered Laminated Glass and 12mm Heat-Soaked Tempered Laminated Glass as curtain wall and enclosure glass, specially designed for the hot, dry and strong sunlight desert climate of Dubai, UAE, meeting the safety, transparency, durability and aesthetic requirements of high-end coastal residences.

The heat-soaked tempered glass effectively reduces the risk of spontaneous breakage.

Combined with the laminated structure, it provides dual safety protection.

When broken, glass fragments are firmly adhered by the interlayer without splashing or falling off, meeting the strict safety standards of high-rise residential buildings.

The two thicknesses of tempered laminated glass are applied to different facade areas respectively, taking into account wind pressure resistance, lighting transparency and sound insulation performance.

They can effectively block ultraviolet rays, reduce heat input, lower indoor air conditioning energy consumption, resist wind, sand and salt fog erosion in Dubai, with strong long-term stability and less aging appearance.

The glass is transparent and clean as a whole, cooperating with the building’s staggered and stacked modern design, creating a light, simple and high-end coastal residential texture, achieving a perfect integration of safety performance, energy-saving effect and architectural aesthetics.
