Shenzhen Qianhai Museum adopts a combined curtain wall system of Laminated LOW-E Insulating Glass, Multi-layer Laminated Glass, and Bent Tempered Laminated Glass as the core enclosure material for this coastal cultural landmark, integrating aesthetic expression, energy-saving performance and exhibition protection requirements.

Laminated LOW-E Insulating Glass features excellent heat insulation, sound insulation and UV resistance, which can effectively block solar radiation and external noise, creating a stable and well-balanced temperature and humidity environment for cultural relics in the museum, while reducing building energy consumption to adapt to Shenzhen’s hot and humid coastal climate.

Multi-layer Laminated Glass has higher structural strength, explosion-proof and anti-theft performance. No fragments splash when the glass is broken, reaching a higher safety level to meet the strict safety standards of public cultural buildings.

Bent Tempered Laminated Glass, through the hot bending process, perfectly fits the building’s undulating and streamlined facade, creating a stretch, modern and rhythmic coastal architectural form with both curved aesthetic and structural stability.
